		<description>What a great variety of Betta Fish tips. I like that you mentioned not using décor that could trap your betta. That’s a tip that I haven’t read before but having kept many bettas over the years can see how they could get themselves into trouble. I might add that a pH of 7.0 is fine but not necessary. Bettas adapt well to a variety of pH levels but attempting to modify the pH to achieve pH neutral is more likely to lead to shock then keeping the pH stable where it is, even if it isn’t perfect. If the carbonate hardness is high, the pH is just going to bounce back anyway, causing further stress. Great tips, thanks for the read.</description>
